- Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

- Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided for cancellations after booking of ticket
- Identification: Passengers must present a valid ID along with their ticket at the time of boarding.
- Check-in: Passengers are required to check in at least 10 minutes before departure. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
- Luggage: Each passenger is allowed 3 pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 30kg. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
- Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb others. The bus company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating this policy.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed on board: [Cigarette, Bidi, Gutka,Alcohol ].
- Delays and Cancellations: While we strive to adhere to the scheduled times, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, etc.). - Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the ticket purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
